Welcome to the TQM course. The pedagogic model and approach can be described in three steps, the first discover and learning about key concepts, models, tools and theories as well as results from relevant empirical studies and best practice. Second, reflect on, discuss how the concepts, models and tools provides the basis for understanding and explaining quality problems and challenges and third learn how to apply key TQM concepts, models and tools in practice. I expect active student to prepare each session by reading the assigned literature and cases as well as spending time watching the videos for the different sessions, to enable active participation and fruitful discussions.
