Description
Ecclesiastical Law lessons will concern Churches and State interaction in the Italian legal system, keeping a peculiar focus on the international community and the European Union.
The program will safeguard a specific attention on: constitutional sources and principles, conscientious objections, civil and ecclesiastical matrimonial law, cultural heritage, new religious movements and law & economics religious approaches.

Aim of the classes The aim of this didactic cycle consists in reaching an adequate level of knowledge in public law principles regulating the religious sphere and the normative ideal place of religious argumentations in the public debate. On the other hand, students will be learned on the private law legal instruments related to these subjects facing administrative law, family law and confessional internal orders if required by the proper adopted perspective.
