Description
This cycle of lessons shows the historic process of signification in the religious experience of the Roman Catholic Church. Adopting an intercultural perspective, able to underline similar phenomena in other cultures (Eastern Europe, Arab countries, Asian Far East), it will demonstrate the contribution of canon law in shaping our main legal institutes in private and public law – obedience / disobedience ; contract law /constitutional law ; morality and sexuality; statutes and jurisdiction.

Aim of the classes The main purpose of this didactic cycle consists in getting the highest level of recognition in historic processes concerning the basic structures of legality in our everyday organized society, by constantly underlining a deep and correct information about social phenomena, social issues, social praxes.
